An Afternoon Art Talk presented by Artist Belynda Waugh at the Gallery. In 2019 Belynda Waugh won The Bayton Award 2019 People's Choice Award and now you have the opportunity to hear her speak about her practice. Belynda (Bindi) Waugh is an indigenous artist currently living in Yarwun which is 20km north of Gladstone in central Queensland. Bindi identifies as a Iman and Bundjalung woman.

About the Tutor

Belynda Waugh is an indigenous artist currently living in Yarwun which is 20km north of Gladstone in central Queensland, Belynda identifies as a Iman and Bundjalung woman. Belynda has an extensive practice ranging from pottery and ceramics, commercial illustration to large scale community projects.
