Bequest

Rockhampton Art Gallery

Preparing a bequest in your will can be your way of ensuring your continued support to Rockhampton Art Gallery well beyond your own lifetime. Many of the wonderful works of art in Rockhampton Art Gallery collection have been bequeathed by donors, purchased with gifts nominated in wills or with the income generated over time by soundly invested bequest funds. Most notably the estate of Moya Gold, founding Gold Trust and The Gold Award.

There are many ways that you can arrange your bequest. You can leave a general bequest or nominate a specific purpose. You can nominate a dollar amount or a share of your estate. Your legal advisor will be able to advise you about the best bequest structure for you. Every gift, whether large or small, is welcomed and valued.

The creation of a will is a private matter; however, anyone considering including a bequest to Rockhampton Art Gallery in a will is welcome to contact the Gallery, we would be delighted to know of any such intentions. Rockhampton Art Gallery aims to build lasting relationships with our donors. If you are considering making a bequest we invite you to discuss your intentions with us so we can thank you personally and make sure your wishes are understood and achievable.

Bequests of art, as always, are subject to acceptance inline with Rockhampton Art Gallery's Collection Policy.
