Messy Mondays - Bubs under 3yrs

Monday 16 October, 10.00am - 11.00am

Messy Mondays give you and your child an opportunity to spend quality time interacting, exploring and creating art.  This is a welcoming and friendly place to play while being guided by a qualified gallery educator. The activities are designed to enrich your child’s creativity and awareness of the visual world around them, while also helping to develop fine motor skills. All of the art materials are supplied, as well as tea or coffee for the accompanying parent.

Available every day (subject to availability), 10.00am - 4.00pm

Our Beatrice Hutton Room is available FREE of charge for all school and educational bookings when available. The room includes 30 chairs, chalk board, a fridge for lunchboxes and water bottles, kitchenette and large tables.

Free School Tours and Art Bus

Every day (subject to availability) 10.00am - 3.00pm

Make sorting out a spot in your class schedule for a trip to the Rockhampton Art Gallery a priority by taking advantage of our FREE School Tours. Need transport? Rockhampton Art Gallery can provide a 20-seater bus to collect your class and drop them back off afterwards. (A minimum of two weeks' prior notice is required.)

Meet the artist offers a deeper insight into the exhibition Draft: A collection of imperfect faces, with unfinished stories by Emma Ward.

Lost Foam Christmas Casting
